There are hard times for everyone. 

Yes, a lot of people struggle.... nevertheless, it can be exciting times too.

  • Never before has Personal Growth, Self Help and Professional Performance been more a part of our society. Never before have people had a real and active interest in improving their lives from the "inside out".    
  •  People now want deeper and more lasting solutions to the problems in their lives.


 How Do You Survive When Life Gets Tough? 

               How do you hang on when you are grieving, lonely or financially broke? 

  • Most of us worry ( worry is a cognitive process and requires a plan) 
  • We worry about our jobs, our children, the economy, how does it help!

Some people will even ask you. "Aren't you worried? YOU SHOULD worry!" 

But worrying is worse than useless.

*Firstly, it attracts misfortune....what you think about, you bring about.

*Secondly it is bad for your health.

* Thirdly, worry then leads to stress, and so now, not only do we have the cognitive mind worrying, but we also now have the body stressing!

 if a plan isn't put into place, then we spiral into anxiety, and we all know how unresourceful we become then.


So what should you do about worry.......

POSTPONE IT or MAKE A PLAN.

Take action first and postpone worry indefinitely, that's what effective people do. 

Whenever you want to worry, ask yourself:

 "What is the problem right this second?" And guess what you will find?

Unless you are in a life-threatening situation, there is no problem!

Look at your life, has there ever been a situation that you didn't survive. Well of course there hasn't been, you are here reading this aren’t you! You must have had a plan!


You can handle the present. It's just the future that gives you trouble. So, when it comes to worry, PROCRASTINATE! When someone asks you "Aren't you worried about that?" tell them, I've been meaning to worry about it...but I haven't got around to it!"


When things get desperate you focus your attention on the present moment You tackle one problem at a time. You take a step.... you get a little confidence....and then take another step, and another.


 And it all begins with language!


Our language is our life. What you say is what you think and what you can do. 

what you think about, you bring about. 

Learning to understand and master the structure of your language is essential for good communications in every area of your life. 


In essence, "Neuro Linguistic Programming" is the study of your thinking, behavior and language patterns....it's about modelling, it's about the newest technologies, it's about patterns and strategies and it's about YOU? It's about how you think, how you achieve or not achieve in life, it's about your focus and your results. It's about how you tick!

The problem is never the problem, the problem is your thinking about the problem,

 there is no problem until you think there is.
